The location was good, the staff were very nice and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The gym definitely needs an upgrade. There’s only a handful of dumbbells and a cable machine that doesn’t work and several treadmills. But there’s several decent gyms nearby so it wasn’t an issue.

Hotel location is perfect for those who likes to mix with the locals and eat what the locals eat. But yet it is within walking distance to On Nut BTS that connects to city center easily. Also look out for the hotel mascot, Sharol the Cat.

It was my second time; I loved the first time. Cheap and great facilities. But this time we were facing a massive construction site with a lot of noise even during the night.

Very convenient location for the purpose required. Also, a direct route to the airport via On Nut. The reception is able to organise a metered tax from the main road - not to be taken for granted in Bangkok!

The restaurant, though not bad in quality, could be a bit more cosy - it is currently very industrial in style. Food hygiene could be improved. I have eaten only there, yet had some issues on the last day, even as a very seasoned traveller.

It is convenient and nice & quiet for me. A very relaxing place to stay.

I did not realize that it is so much further to the Don Mueang Airport and more expensive for taxi travelling. Toll has gone up a fair amount as comparing to my previous visitation to Bangkok. The lift was broken down for nearly a day - fortunately I don't mind walking up and down but should have the lift fixed quicker.

I have stayed here before so knew what I was expecting, these are basic rooms but done well. They are quiet and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Really close to the BTS and a supermarket and their are motorbike taxis outside. I am a Bangkok regular so know this area quite well, and it is an area I used to live in, not much for tourists but with the BTS the main attractions are easy to get to. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

I hate paying a 500 baht deposit for one nights stay.

The tv in my room was "vintage", not up to expected standards. I didn't take the breakfast included option because i felt it was overpriced.

Staff extremely helpful, very friendly. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, a/c was great especially after being out in the Bangkok heat. Location was good, next to a supermarket, small shops, restaurants and banks. Lots of food stalls close by. BTS station not as close as I believed, but within walking distance and as On Nut is on the Sukhumvit line, it’s easy to get around. For Grab users, the hotel is pinned, so booking a Grab is easy, convenient when you’re coming from the airport. Well worth the price. Bonus: Coffee at the Bedroom Cafe was good!

Construction right next door so it was sometimes noisy, and I couldn’t use the balcony. Because of construction workers, I couldn’t always have the curtains open, which made the room a little dark. WiFi was sometimes iffy.

I am quite satisfied for most of thing in this hotel such as cleanliness, convenient and staffs. The room is cleaned. Staffs are friendly and always smile including restaurant staff. Food is good.

From the warm welcoming staff at 3 o clock in the morning :) To the wonderful service and clean rooms everything was amazing. The best part about this place is its distance from the BTS station sooo easy access to the fastest way to move around Bangkok!

Upon my arrival the exterior of the building looked good. The car parking is excellent. I entered the building and I was welcomed as though I was a friend and not a customer. The staff were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The lobby area was spotless and the staff were all in uniforms. They greeted in both Thai and English. In fact their English ability was very good. They were expecting as I booked in advance and all my requests had been fulfilled without question. Going to my room, the lift, the corridors and room were all spotlessly clean. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Coffee making facilities, mini bar and a great shower. Location: Only a 3 minute walk to On Nut BTS station. A massive BigC complex across the road. I even asked the lady at reception if there was an AIS shop in the BigC complex. She just said one moment please, and went onto her phone and said yes, it is on the second floor of BigC. I was truly grateful for the information. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will most certainly stay there again if I am in the area. A top five stars from me to the hotel.

Just more coffee in the room would have been nice. Nothing else. I was happy to stay there.
